Check in starts at 5:00 PM : This is when you'll get your cabin assignment, character packets and have time to settle in.

Dinner will be buffet style - service starting at 7pm and going until 9pm for late arrivals. (stew will be available until midnight). There will be entertainment by a wonderful troupe of local belly dancers throughout dinner.

Orientation begins at 9pm - this is when we go over the rules and welcome folks.

Friday night immediately following welcome and orientation some lucky Browncoat will be receiving a carded and bagged set of the two beauties pictured above. We'd make it all three 'issues' but the final one isn't due out until May. Be sure to fill out a ticket when you pick up your character packet.

The bardic circle and marshmallow roast will start at 10PM out at the firepit - we're very pleased to have Filker favorite Teri Wachowiak hosting our bardic circle and we hope to have more musical guests. If you have an instrument...please BRING IT!!!

Friday night is all about getting into character and meeting your fellow browncoats. There is no dying on Friday night - it's all about fun, relaxation, networking and playing.

8:00 AM - 10AM - Breakfast/ showers/ coffee

10 AM - the game goes live... and you can officially be damaged.

What you do during the day is entirely up to you... there will be staged events - there will be wandering encounters, the stores and bars will be open. Go forth and enjoy.

1:00 - 2:00 Lunch

6:30 - 8:00 Dinner  - we like to do a nice sit down fancy dinner - bring your shin-dig clothes.

9PM -11PM The Festival Of Lights Ball & Founders Hoe-Down

11:00 PM - til y'all hush and go to bed - Another bardic/drum circle out at the fire pit.

8:30 AM - 10 AM Breakfast - wrap up

10:00 AM - 11 AM prizes and congratulations

12:00 PM - Time to clean up and leave the camp

There is some discussion about a post event picnic/cookout...we'll let you know once we figure out the timing.
